Most have of course been good, but Emilin has really stood out. She is unfailingly prompt, reliable, helpful and professional, and is generally just a pleasure to deal with. My understanding is that customer service is not always considered the most exciting aspect of working, but as a client, it’s wonderful when someone brings a professional attitude to the role and does it really well as Emilins.
